I'm against drug traffickers! Totally!!!

Who was on that boat? We'll never know. Again, what if China bombs a boat in international waters with 11 Americans on board and claims they were drug traffickers? According to what you guys wrote, you would be ok with that because they claim the people on the boat were shipping drugs. Labelling people a terrorist or drug trafficker does not make them a lawful target. Putin could bomb American boats and claim they were smuggling drugs to Russia. Marty, who do you want dead? The 11 American drug traffickers that Putin might kill or inexperienced Russian teenagers. What's wrong with you guys? We can't just shoot boats out of the water and planes out of the sky and claim there were drug traffickers on board.
