Nothing wrong with that at all. Lots of professions have the luxury of mobility.
When I was still a teen, our neighbour AND his associate (who was our city corononer) both left for the USA...this was 50 years ago.

We may not have the best system in the world, but whatever the US may like to claim...it fares worse than other prosperous nations and dismally when you factor in total health care costs.
Perhaps the profit motive at work? Less money for medical care, more for the private health care system owners?? Dunno....

I will leave it to you to look at the study to see if you agree with 1) their method, 2) their results and 3) that they are in fact highly reputable with reliable information.

WRT healthcare, I expect that if you have money and your insurance will not deny coverage, the US system is awesome in its facilities and such....but overall outcomes are not good.

We have this visceral reaction to Trump's statements because he is backed by the most powerful army with big cannons as you point out, AND by a band of plutocrats who think that...ie Musk...that if they contribute 252mm to Trump's presidency that they should be able to do what they want ...and if a Federal judge says no, they can call loudly for his\her impeachment...plus their "opinuions" cross borders and they have Trump's ear

Will all this happen? Dunno

But Canada is NOT waiting to see what happens or backing down. The BUBBA Movement (I like it, made that up this morning smile ) is gaining steam and will last...and will likely result in structural changes here as well.
