The question before the court today....Is Marty a good man? All those who have standing in this matter should now come forward with factual evidence for and against the question now before the court. Marty, if he so chooses can plead his case for "Being Good" but in any case he is still considered innocent of being good until found guilty' I hope he has a good lawyer... Lollllllll
