Not to mention there are many Americans who never pay a dime for treatment.
So we have FREE medicine here, when it's not free.
It comes out of donations.
But cities in poverty who can't afford quality care skews the numbers held up by the top facilities and areas
It was Reagan who started the law that says no hospital can turn away somebody who can't pay
