Can't you guys just play fucke you trump and kiss and make up Ben, I can explain what's going on here from my vantage. The other night, I met with a surgeon who I am doing some plans for. I've done 2 of his offices and he has a couple more. He was talking about how crazy it is to try and hire new staff. He said that there is nothing but crazy out there to choose from. I asked for a case in point. He said that he hired a woman to staff the front desk and answer the phone at one of his offices. In the hiring process, he and the staff all met with her and all thought that she would be perfect. On her FIRST DAY, she took an unannounced 2.5 HOUR LUNCH BREAK and came back to the office and sat down as if nothing. That was absolutely fascinating to me and I asked the doc..."Did you ask her what was in her head that made her think that a 2.5 hour lunch break would be fine to you all?" He said, no I just told the staff to send her on. As for me, If I had been sitting there when she came back I would have been dying to ask her...."what is in your effin brain that made you think that was alright?" But, if I really was there, I couldn't do that. She might go nutz and end up with cops on scene. I'm not going to risk a client relationship to hear her answer. But I can do it here. It's the only place that I can. I can asked Tony...How the hell is it that you can think that crazy stuff that you say? Or Dom? And they will answer and go on and on. Some days it is fascinating to hear what they say. In the case of this tariff stuff, I would have no idea at all how apoplectic some people were over all this if not for John, Steve, and Rob. Yesterday, I had lunch with a new client. He broached some of the tariff stuff, and I went dead on it. I say one thing that hits him wrong, no client. But here at Just Plain Tony...it is the main event. Ben, I hope that helps.
