A federal court judge already turned the plane around on the basis of that law's use in this circumstance. Expect it will be dealt with in the courts so yes it may end up with SCOTUS

Should these criminals be deported? Absolutely. Under this decree? You have the means to do it legally without interference.
And it is dangerous for US Attorney General Pam Bondi to openly disregard those means and support Trump's use of the wrong legislation because it is her job to get it right.

The Palestinian permanent resident too will have to be dealt with differently because he is being treated like he does not have a green card.

Don't know if the WH lawyers are incompetent, but Trump and DOGE (Department of Government Egregiousness) are using the wrong laws to achieve what they want in their end justifies the means approach to law enforcement and gaining government efficiency (read their guidelines as to what they want to achieve and they make sense....just do it legally)

And yes, poor DEMs are definitely a split and I expect a demoralized group with a beat up base who cannot see how they can come back.

And I am a little surprised by the MSNBC reference....but guess keeping tabs on what the opposition is saying makes sense smile

The only time I watch anything MSNBC is on Youtube where they show Lawrence O'Donnel. Rachel Maddow is IMO toxically biased and I don't see the others as having any clout ...at least with me.
CNN I can take or leave, but I like their round tables...especially with Abby Philip which I may or may not tune into on days when TS is hitting the fan.
