Marty the only thing I have been arguing for is due process to ensure no one who is NOT supposed to be there is not. They should not be "collateral damage" in a wide cast net.

And that one Federal judge ordered it is a system you have always had...one judge CAN do exactly as done. Your system purposefully does not require a panel of judges voting on it.

And I am not arguing against his use of that law. They are a designated terror group for their demonstrated actions, they are foreigners, acting criminally in the USA, just not officially on behalf of Venezuala.
