Oh Oh....courts just ruled for us TDS sufferers who argued Trump's use of his "Emergency Powers" was illegal wrt imposing his tariffs.

Another court smackdown...he already cannot use that "Power" to evade the use of due process...that is already "old news"

Seems the courts are siding with the law ...or slipping into TDS as well.
