So all that stuff about
INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
is actually
NOT GUILTY, BUT NOT INNOCENT EITHER. Innocent until proven guilty still applies, but its legal innocence. Not guilty basically means we don't have a smoking gun... But there's still a good chance he did it. Which we all know he did lol. But that's why we have trials. And the burden of proof is on the prosecutor. She failed. He had a dream team of lawyers who played the not guilty term perfectly
