And another thing,
If the 14thA gets reviewed by SCOTUS and the current interpretation is nullified based on recorded dox at the time, I don't think that they could make that retroactive going back to your birthday if they wanted. The current interpretation will be the law unless and until SCOTUS were to rule differently. I'm fairly certain of that.
