Rob,
Very thorough history lesson going back to 1990. And I don't challenge anything there as not factual.
You did not footnote that the world danced on the edge of a catastrophe that destroyed Lehman and numerous banks in 2006-2011.
And where is your historical accounts of his achievements, after suffering those losses?
What defines him? His failures? Or his comebacks?

Last night, wife and I watched "Reacher" on Netflix. When we were setting up it up, we noticed that NetFlix was offering re-runs of The Apprentice.
Years ago, we spent a few days in Vancouver, BC. One of the most elegant buildings in town had TRUMP branded across it. There are other achievements to point to, not the least of which is election to POTUS twice.

These talking points about Atlantic City in the 1990s and so forth have lost their sting anywhere but die-hard echo chambers. Even MSNBC has given up pounding these points. In fact, instead of calling him a "failed businessman and a bankruptcy fraud," they have switched to calling him "billionaire-oligarch-authoritarian." All but the dumbest ones have even dropped "Hitler-Nazi-fascist-racist."

Everett,

Trump is talking about "reciprocal" tariffs. Even-steven.
Why should Canada be allowed to tariff a product category at a higher rate than the United States?

If that is not occurring, there are no issues.
