And I suspect that Trump is just the cover story in most cases.

Nick is a real thing too. He focuses a lot of his time on FLA and TX because those two markets are stacking up with inventory and prices could fall a lot further.
High season is April thru May. When June gets here, hope will either be gone for sellers or possibly rekindled. The markets should start showing a firm direction at that time.

Wife and I are planning to move to Marble Falls Tx in couple of years. Planning to buy a property this summer. That is why I am tracking the market as best I can.

thanks for that video. Very good stuff but i don't fully agree with Nick because his focus is just on the American market. The DOW has just gone down by 10%, the German DAX on the other hard is at its highest levels ever today. I kind of have a feeling investors are selling their US stocks and moving the money somewhere else, somewhere safer.

As for the Canadians ... I agree that it is really disgusting that the POTUS is the reason they want to leave the country. I'm not a Canadian, I can't tell you why they think that way.
