What did I just read? Trump’s tariffs are unlawfully leaned on emergency powers. He did not have the power to impose those tariffs. What kind of crazy advisors does Trump have, to suggest him to do stuff that is against the law? If that court decision is confirmed, America will have to unwind all existing trade deals and pay back all the money they collected so far. That would be a financial disaster for our country. So, what happens next? Do the courts subsequently give him the power to decide such things on his own or do they force him to stick to the rules and take back the tariffs? All the tariff deals that are currently under negotiation were put on hold. What a chaos!
