The photon experiment is an old supposition of quantum physics. One photon and two outcomes. It has always been a go to model of how quantum mechanics works for science classes. The Pavlov's dog of quantum physics.
Somebody somewhere claims to have replicated it and the article author extrapolates from that...that all things are matters of viewpoint.
Towards the end of the article is the parenthetical....well, maybe they did not actually do it paragraph. Additionally the article author is selling a relativist social agenda that all fact is opinion...which is belied by the soup kitchen pic.

Here is another viewpoint...
Quantum physics, relativity theory, string theory are all complex and beyond your ability to truly comprehend. Mine too.
But for all practical purposes you and I live a Newtonian existence of cause and effect. Quantum mechanics doesnt really apply to your execution of your life for any practical reason. Other than possibly to add a layer of confusion.

The gist is that the truth is real and matters in the existence of everyday mortals such as you and me.
