There was a bunch of back and forth but I do not believe it is illegal as against the law, it is against the terms of play, the rules of the house.
And it is hard today because good croupiers, pit bosses and video monitoring makes it hard
Still I expect it happens.
If writing ever becomes work I think I'm going to have to stop
