Putin was KGB going back to E Germany. My understanding is that the USSR was a professed godless state. If he professes to be ROC now, I suspect that is just to gain a political advantage.

Would have to have dinner with him and get him drunk and then ask him...still wouldn't be the truth. Can't have a life like his (ordering murders every week can't be resolved with notions of a Christian life) without ice water in your veins.
