Evolution and religion both seek to explain our existence, but they do so in different ways—evolution through scientific evidence and natural processes, and religion through faith and spiritual belief. Evolution, supported by genetics and fossils, shows how life changes over time through natural selection, explaining humanity’s biological roots. Religion, meanwhile, offers moral guidance, purpose, and answers to questions science can’t measure—like meaning, love, and the soul. For many, the two aren’t mutually exclusive: evolution explains how we came to be, while religion explores why we exist. I basically think both are right .
