Rev: 3-14
"These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God’s creation. I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth. You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked."

Was Christ speaking of a church from 2000yrs ago? Or, since this is the book of Revelation, was He describing the church of "our" age? Consider the arrogance of any church to proclaim, "I am wealthy and need nothing," in an age when all of God's creation has been claimed by the wealthy; In an age when literally everything under the sun is only valued as potential profit.

When only the rich can afford to own what the Earth has to offer, and there's nothing left to buy or sell... what comes next?

Biologic Capital..?

I see nothing out there
Just smoke and screams
I feel nothing in here
Just death it seems

All that wasted time
Nobody cares
God is unimpressed with
Empty prayers

So easy to take credit for positive regard
A smile is no threat
So clever is a lie that sounds like good intentions
Unremitting debt

Life so cheap and fallible
War so grimly casual
Grief so simply laughable
Greed so bloody rational
Biologic Capital...

No hope for the future here
Buyer beware
Father of lies never sleeps
The rich don't care

There's nothing out there
Just smoke and screams
There's nothing in here
Just death it seems
