I just read an article where scientists claim an asteroid 65 million years ago caused a giant tidal wave that killed the dinosaurs. It's an evolution-based article.
The article basically described Genesis 6-8. Just without the "asteroid". I was astounded.
I'm typing on my phone and don't know how to cut and paste links on this dumb thing. Just Google it. It's not a religious article. Yucatan I believe an oil geologist discovered it in the 60s. To my understanding it was not a tidal wave per se, but toxic atmosphere and destruction of food sources that killed the dinosaurs. Per current science that event is estimated at a few million years ago, but, per science, the universe that we can see is estimated at 13 billion years old...so there's a gap in time to consider.
