Part A; That's the problem with trying to rationalize what it's like to be God. Linear time is part of God's creation, and intended to limit "Us" not Him. The question I ask is, when did that battle in Heaven actually occur? Does it matter? God cast Lucifer out of eternal Heaven so, He could have done so at any point in "linear time" that He pleased. That war in Heaven could be happening right now. Part B; Why does God allow "US" to do anything? Part C; Yes, Absolutely! Lol
