If you kill someone, what should be the consequence to you? If you believe I deserve to die and roast in hell and even wish that upon me, that really has no consequence to me so to me just harmless thinking you are totally free to engage in unltil and unless you somehow think harming me is justified because I have to be sped up along my road to hell, or because you feel you can make my life a living hell on earth.

But that brings it all back to us. A perfect, just God exists, its just that the devil is in the details

If you believe in one perfect God then you must accept His perfect judgment. The Qur'an calls men to judge, not the Bible... even though, for political motivations, professed Christians have done so. But then, many men in the name of many false gods have done so throughout history. You're right to say that the fault is with "Us" and our flawed systems of governance and religions; But I can't emphasize enough that Spirituality is a personal, individual relationship with God that's every bit as unique as every individual on this earth. The collective logical mind of man says if everyone would just shut up and agree then we wouldn't have any problems. Problem is, we would then have to agree upon what's logical lol. There is only one God, and He is the source of all truth. Until we agree upon that, man's logic be damned. The Devil is just a liar.
