My name is Robbie. I've been lurking on here for a while, but haven't really had enough courage to post. I have been writing songs for the last nine years or so. I suppose my music would fall somewhere in the alternative/indie rock category, with my influences including the The Cure, Arcade Fire, The Beatles, Joy Division, Big Star, The Smiths, and REM among others. Unfortunately, I have been painfully shy my entire life, which I feel like has hampered me somewhat as far as my music goes.
Anyways, this seems like a nice place and I look forward to talking to people here.
