My thoughts on that one are.
By being licienced with a pro, you, in the situation you state here, have the ability to provide an accredited venue where begining writer can have their work done public, and so are eligible to apply for full PRO membrship.
That would help no end of writers out there I am sure.
And quite frankly, the more just starting out writers there are in pros the better their chances of being heard and maybe geting a bettre deal.
As a side issue. I read the article stated in the previos post and have since e-mailed the journo with my thoughts on what he could persue in a follow up article.
Also told him what is cooking here, as I thought it may be of interest.
