Thanks Marty. I went back and refreshed my memory, and I did respond to that back then but right now I can't recall if I followed through on it.

If that is the case, it really sucks.
And is a good point for stating that it isn't a system that is ever at fault in any situation. It is in fact the folks who can and don't try to make that system a true representatio of what the majority hope that system will be.
The system is just something people put in place and maintain.
Same as any society. Takes all sorts and has to accomadate all sorts.
And they all, have to work for the good of that society.
Well the majority at least.
Going along with the flow never did achieve anything other than the same old thing and complaciency.
