At last. someone who understands the situation sort of. Big and small venues alike do it here PD. No distinction. Just the smaller the venue's entertainment envolvement and capacity, the smaller the fee. By the way Bob. Toward your ask. It started around 1850 in france, and the rest of thinking communities decided it worked and was fair so followed suit.
