Michael,
I just realized my comment read wrong. I didn't mean to imply that there weren't already musician resources listed, just that I want folks who are adding stuff to think about that stuff as well. For example, are there any sites out there who offer technology to do co-recordings? (i.e. multiple people adding tracks to the same song). I think there are.. but don't know the sites. (Tonos used to do that actually).
Also, Wikipedia is a good resource site. I use it daily to look stuff up. Has anyone used that WikiRyhmer site?
Brian
Brian, I understand Studiotraxx.com offers something like an online co-recording collaboration tool, for web based recording projects. Wikipedia is a helpful resource for many small or larger projects. In the last year I've used it several times to confirm some important bits of information and include some public domain images for some of my project. BTW, I don't think I misunderstood what you were saying, but it made me realize that we need a good balance of resources for both the new songwriters as well as the more experienced career-track artists. Ideally we'll have a range of resources that will help everyone from the beginner to the most experienced. Michael
