Out of curiosity, I went and poked around Taxi's site for a while. In my opinion, Frank is correct. I believe their copy leads one to believe that each submission will receive full, written feedback from industry pros. If, as Frank claims, this is not true, then it is misleading. Whether the folks at Taxi have done this as an oversight or as a deliberate dodge, I do not know, and don't care to guess.

In Frank's defense--although he appears to need none--let me point out that he has taken great pains NOT to be accusatory, NOT to claim fraud, and NOT to offer anything other than his own opinion about it.

One other observation: if the success stories they post on their site is the best they can offer after ten years in the business, perhaps there MIGHT be a better way to spend $300.

One thing that Taxi says on its web site that is undoubtedly true: "TAXI is not for everyone."
