I tried to check out your stuff here at work, but our computer here doesn't have the proper media player. Sorry, I'll have to check it out at home. If you want to check out my stuff, give it about a week or so and my CD's will be available at www.cdbaby.com, along with sound clips of 4 songs off of each CD, and they take the first 2 minutes of each of the 4 songs. By the way, I put some of my lyrics on the lyric board a couple of weeks back just as an experiment, to see how all of the nits would come out. I got some pretty good response to one song, but got picked to death on another. I'll never post another lyric on there again. If I don't know what I'm doing by now and how to express my experiences, then I had better get out. It's funny, there's all of the nits on the lyric board, but one of the biggest compliments that I get from people that hear my stuff is about my lyric writing. Besides, how can you honestly just critique a lyric without hearing how it works in concert with the music? Sometimes the chord changes, the melody and phrasing lend a great deal to completing the whole picture. Go figure. Take care.
