TAXI does not promote your material or any material. What they provide is a screening service for publishers, producers, labels etc. You send them your material in response to a listing. If they think it's a perfect fit for that listing they forward it to the publisher,producer or whatever. End of story. It's really just a way of getting past the "No unsolicited material" barrier. If you already have a publisher with quality access to labels, producers, etc then you don't really need TAXI.
