My real point in contributing to this thread, and I'll say it for the last time I promise,is that Taxi makes money by rejecting material, not forwarding it.They can reject forever and get paid, the more they reject the more they get paid, they can
submit the hit of the century and not make a dime extra.

They are in the unique position of needing to promote themselves so as to attract submissions from the worst musicians in the world. Not the best. The best make them no money.Which is the exact opposite of what a publisher or record company would want.

Taxi makes it's money by listening to crap all day,the more crap they get the more money they make.No need to care about the diamond in the pile of rubbish that will make them all gazillionares. No need to struggle to find the feel good hit of the millenium,or a beautiful song to make us all weep in joy, or sorrow. That is only going to buy somebody else a house in Bel-Aire.Nobody at Taxi.

It's really a brilliant idea. There's massive amounts of crap out there and very, very few certifiable hits.A never ending supply of crappy music is something you can rely on forever.
