Yeah, he's a longtime friend who happens to lend an objective ear and co-produces my CD's with me. Constructive editing of parts, and getting the most out of me whether it's doing a vocal, guitar part... part musician, part psychologist!!! Not that it's any of your business what I pay him, we have an arrangement where I come in and do setup work in his studio when needed ( he's in a wheelchair and can't do things like mike setup and any lifting ). He also does alot of the work gratis because he believes strongly in my songs and wants to see them succeed. We went to college together and were bassists in our college Jazz Ensemble. He also has done composition work for local theater and for a small indie film called, "Sophia's Kiss". I apologize if it doesn't meet your criteria for a "producer".
