Well I'm going to strongly disagree. Age is not necessarily associated with disenchantment. I'm pushing 50 and I can tell you the difference between Smashing Pumpkins and Creed is that Creed is a "me-too" grunge band and Smashing Pumpkins is more of an "art rock" band that really has some nice songs. The difference between Jewel and Alanis is that one of them sings and the other one whines. The sooner Alanis's career comes to an end the better off we'll all be.
