I think the vote was correct. Jorge and Jasmine were right at the bottom. I agree that Scott, Megan, and Anoop should be the next three to go.

If the judges are smart, they will save their one "save" for some sort of unexpected turn of events, such as Adam getting voted off next week or something weird like that.

The nice thing about the new rule is that it seems to indicate there is no vote manipulation going on by the network or the producers. Otherwise, they'd just change the votes for the person they want.

My understanding of the "unanimous" decision necessary is that it is made right on the spot by the judges - at least that's what was demonstrated tonight - they made the decision right there. Unless the producers communicate to the judges during the commercial break, it seems like it's pretty much the judges' decision alone.
