Shapiro is not a conventional choice...he is a strategic choice...she needs Pennsylvania to win the election... Shapiro won Penn less than 2 years ago and is one of the most popular Governors in the U.S....he is in her top 3 choices....everything in US politics is strategic....Senator Kelly in Arizona...it's a swing state that is a bit of a stretch.....nothing counts except the electoral college and Pennsylvania is way more safe than Arizona with more electoral college votes than Arizona...she can lose Arizona but not Pennsylvania
