Thanks Ben.. I appreciate you posting that. Info like this comes up in search engines and there's a lot of value for folks to DO change their mind to say so to include that in the record of the discussion. Often folks leave the negative without the corresponding positive and people coming in from outside only see that and are influenced by it.
