Tammy, It's Ok to report abusive/offensive things as well as Off Topic. I think the adminstrators will know which "judge" reported, but our identity will not be shared with the offending parties, so it's completely safe to offer any helpful & honest feedback.
I think it's important to immediately report anything offensive or off topic, etc. Let's keep on doing the right thing. It helps keep the site cleaner and operating more effectively for the great majority of artists and fans.
