Red tape , China , Japan , Russia , USA , Probably Saudis . They all are building the war -machine bigger each year . AI toy jets , Never ending . Planet is getting smaller , But we still like to do war . I imagine if Putin didn't have nuclear war heads , He'd be taken out by a sniper by now . Hard to say .
