Temple Page · Dance & Night Club An alternative to dance nights - Doors open at 9:00 PM - $5 18+ concourseknox.com
The Concourse originally started out at the historic Blackstock Ave building next door to The International. It was built in 1908 as the regional headquarters/showroom for International Harvester tractors and later became the home of The Great Atlantic Shoe Company from 1938-1967. It was many things in the following decades, and housed different music/nightlife venues over the last 30+ years. In July of 2021, we relocated to a space with double the capacity in North Knoxville in the Northgate Shopping Plaza. We began a 4+ month remodel to create a space that acknowledges the history of the old location, while creating a newer, updated, live music and event space with bigger and better production and amenities to cater to our patrons and shows of all genres.
Our goal is to bring a diverse set of live performances to this city including EDM/dance nights, Rock, Metal, Variety shows, the occasional tribute band and much more. The new location features a large dance floor, a lounge area with couches, an additional seating area with tables and chairs, a smoking patio out back, large bathrooms (including a gender-neutral bathroom), a selfie station, and a large bar. We are also continuing our “Love Lives Here” motto, and strive to always be a welcoming environment for all. We look forward to hosting our patrons and artists in our new home and hope everyone enjoys our improvements as well as our “nods” to the old location; always remembering where we came from.

"Defeatist Pessimists and Rose Colored Glasses Optimists are lonely companions, victims even. Both ideologies imply predestined outcomes, and therefore breed inactivity in its victims. Inaction is the only sure way to lose at anything in life. All positive action guarantees at least a fighting chance." -Brian Austin Whitney
