Hi All, I haven't posted in a while. Here's something new from my musical partner Joliz and I. This is called Ballad Of A LoFi Girl. She was a lofi girl Had an old guitar Liked Elliott Smith And Hedy Lamarr She’d stay up late And tune down low Write lots of songs She’d never show She was a lofi girl Fading in the sound All dreams and feelings And feet on the ground She was a lofi girl And I knew her that way A ghost in the chorus That just floats away And I’d sit quiet Just to hear her play Every broken chord Was a better day She sang, “Don’t try to fix me, I’m just passing through” Then looked at me hard Like I already knew She was a lofi girl Fading in the sound All dreams and feelings And feet on the ground She was a lofi girl And I knew her that way A ghost in the chorus That just floats away The future’s just noise Spin the record again Give a finger to the silence When the music ends She was a lofi girl Fading in the sound All dreams and feelings And feet on the ground She was a lofi girl And I knew her that way A ghost in the chorus That just floats away She was a lofi girl PGMusic BIAB Tracks: 0518: Bass, Electric, Pop 2157: Piano, ElectricVintage 0638: Guitar, Electric, Rhythm 3756: Guitar, Electric, Soloist RealDrums: RockHardLA Other Notes: Bob Mic: Logitech Blue Yeti Bob Vocals: Logic Pro Bob: Martin D-18 Bob & Joliz: Looped Oohs & Aahs Joliz Mic: Audio Technica AT2020USB+ Joliz Vocals: GarageBand Waves Vocal Rider: All Vocals Pre-Production: Track Editing GarageBand & Logic Pro Izotope Nectar 3 Elements for Vocals Izotope Plasma for Instrument Tracks Processing Final Track Mix & Master: Logic Pro & Izotope Ozone 11 As always - thanks for listening! Took 15.34 secs to get used to the vocals unique character, but settled in enjoying the good musical mix and storyline. Like the liner notes cool!
