BTW, EMOTICONS are now covered by copyright. No, they are not. Only one specific emoticon ;-) has been trademarked (not copyrighted) and only in Russia. Worst that the "owner" could do is sue a bunch of companies for using that emoticon as their logo... that's assuming his claim stands up in court (which probably will not).
