The entire concept of intellectual property is silly. Property is a thing. If the concept of intellectual property was valid then Ford would still be paying the guy who invented the wheel. Time doesn't make anything wrong right or anything right wrong. So if the concept was legitimate then there would be no such thing as out of copyright or traditional (someone wrote it) and if you can't find out who to pay then you can't do it.
Silly concept.
