then I say equally that all of the images and sounds that interrupt MY soundscape ARE environmantal pollution and a fee should be levied against the owner/ distributor for dirtying up the free airspace that I have a right to. it's like spam.. if yu broadcast something , or make it available (detectable) SHOULD i have to pay because it is copied when I experience it.. I know that it is a subjective world, but we know more now then we did when we wroite these laws. it is insane to think that we can continue to make SMALL revisions when they are SO SUBJECTIVE that they can be bent to srve wichever purpose suits the most influential voice. a composer should not be able to stop someone from copying their composition anymore than you can tell someone not to repeat a phrase.. that's MY catch phrase!! stupid.. it HAS to be rethought, so that it makes sense in the current times.

"Defeatist Pessimists and Rose Colored Glasses Optimists are lonely companions, victims even. Both ideologies imply predestined outcomes, and therefore breed inactivity in its victims. Inaction is the only sure way to lose at anything in life. All positive action guarantees at least a fighting chance." -Brian Austin Whitney
