As soon as you copy that file to your website. If you let others listen to it and copy it, your are liable for huge fines. Pretty straightforward.

NOT TO ME? so If I have these songs that I BACKED UP on my computer in MP3 format, and I listen to it, then it's legal, But when someone else listen ON MY computer to MY song that I bought it's legal or illegal? What if they ACCESS the file over my network, but on their device? is it the WAY that I let them listen to MY song that I backed up , or the device that is used, or what?

Either I can let someone else listen to a song I paid for.. (either by turning up the volume or by letting them have access to it by another medium.. wireless , web, phone speaker< whatever) or it's Illegal, sharing is sharing, otherwise it is just descrimination about the WAY i am sharing.
