the concept of intellectual proerty is valid to some extent, but it is not well difined and in my opinion never will be well enough defined to cover ALL new ideas. I could, with a computer, conveivable produce and copyright EVERY possible compination of letters and characters etc. would I then own ALL information?
BTW, EMOTICONS are now covered by copyright. so any little character that you use at the end of a sentence formed by a combination of puncuation marks is by definition TECHNICALLY PIRACY!
