... a totally serious question, I have a brother who lives in Cambridge in the U.K. I live in California in the U.S. Who's laws would govern the sharing of music between us? the U.S Laws, the U.K. laws, or is it determined by the law of the land WHERE the music was CREATED? Nope. You and your brother would each be bound by your local laws.
