Which proves my point! LAWS are only as good as they can be effectively enforced. I am NOT a lwayer... copyright, patent, trademark.. it's all a bunch of B.S.!) I am going to go and copyright every perturbation of pattern of light and sound and own all information. then no one can DO anything, because it will be copying me. come on... the laws SHOULD reflect the reality of WHAT WE ARE TRYING TO accomplish. and they SHOULD be ultimaltely enforcable! NOT the letter of the law, but the actual LOGICAL intent! I am all for people getting paid for ingenuity, and creativity, but NOT for someone trying to make or enforce laws that DON't MAKE SENSE! So ultimately the "stand up in court" is all that matters anyway. I would bet that any one of the major corporations could CRUSH 99 % of us in any legal battle over OWNERSHIP. just because of the logistics and economics involved. DOES THAT MEAN THEY ACTUALLY OWN EVERYTHING! DAMN, they beat me to it!
