I would like to add another post just to kind of illustrate MY point about intellectual property,(although it is NOT directly related) HAS anyone here tried to get a domain name registered only to find out that the cool name YOU came up with or the business name you have already trademarked was already taken by someone else WHO is not even using it, who just registered it and OWN it because they thought SOMEONE ELSE MIGHT want it. I think THAT is absurd. I remeber when the WWW was brand new and people were registering domains for EVERY company name they could think of JUST so they could sell a company the use of it's own name. Loopholes like this are caused by leaving things vague and subjective. SHOULD anyone have been able to register someone elses undisputed AND trademarked business name JUST for the purpose of holding it hostage?
BUT, I think THAT is LESS absurd then a copyrighted group of words or phrases. I feel that I am entighteled to my opinion, and that my illustrations show at least some validity to my argument. If anyone disagrees that is fine also. I personally enjoy discussing things with people whether they agree or not, othrwise I would ONLY talk about things within a small group of likeminded people.
