Without evidence...?

If you were a detective and you had the lawyers of thieves doing everything that they could to block you from accessing where you believed "evidence" to be.

"if i does not fit, you must acquit."

Would you just finally go ..."Well okie-dokey."

Common sense wont a let a reasonable and objective person give the okie-doke.
Common sense says lets take a good look.

And there is no need to be so sad...Just open everything for scrutiny and verify.
