"Storm on a Crimson Tide" by Lori Kats copyright 8/2000
She sits in the window and watches the wind blow She watches her mind blow away
She wonders where she should go where no one will ever know the pain she feels today
Why does the wind scream? What makes the moon glow? The answers will come in time. This isn't heaven and this isn't home It's a storm on a crimson tide.
She calls to the seagulls and asks for their freedom She asks for their wings to fly
To soar off this mountain Let all of her pain go It would simply feel so nice
Why does the wind scream? What makes the moon glow? The answers will come in time. This isn't heaven and this isn't home It's a storm on a crimson tide.
The red tide is rolling in The light in her eyes grows dim And she finally gives up the fight
Her heartache will stay away as long as that moon obeys and drifts with that crimson tide
Why does the wind scream? What makes the moon glow? The answers will come in time This isn't heaven and this isn't home It's a storm on a crimson tide
This isn't heaven and this isn't home It's a storm on a crimson tide It's storm on a crimson tide...

"The standard by which I now measure the things in my life is the following: If I was on my death bed, or if I knew I had a short time to live, would this issue be important? If the answer is no.. I don't sweat it at all. If the answer is Yes, you better believe it goes to the front of the order of today's business!" -Brian Austin Whitney
