If a salesman or a politician will say anything and promise nothing skirting issues of complication with a smiling well intended notion Then who’s the fool who will not question such a gentleman’s lucrative device if at the closing of transaction all you have is good advice….. Lol... I wonder, how did you two become so "invested" in this issue?
